Creating content and telling stories is key to launching a historical shoe like the Nike Kukini, and the sportswear giants thought Goodhood could do that well. Picked as the UK launch partner for the reissue of the shoe, I was tasked to create a bespoke concept that encompasses the 00s era with a focus on real community. Using my connections to The Basement I enlisted Paolo and Emily as talent for the shoot and styled it based on their personality and ethos. The design style is reminiscent of Japanese fashion magazines from the late 90s/early 2000s. I also created the main copy and tagline for the campaign which we used across all channels.
